後膀胱腫瘍を疑わせた腹腔内遊離体の1例

A CASE OF THE PERITONEAL LOOSE BODY SUSPECTED RETROVESICAL TUMOR

緒言

　後膀胱腫瘍の疑いで入院した症例に，超音波エコー，CTスキャン，骨盤動脈造影などの検査を進めていくうち，腹腔内腫瘤の可能性も示唆された。結局開腹術により後膀胱腫瘍ではなく，比較的稀な腹腔内遊離体（peritoneal loose body）であつた1例を経験したので報告する。

A 76-year-old man was admitted with palpable painless mass at the upper prostatic portion on rectal examination. Physical examination revealed tennis ball sized-mass which was movable, stony hardand nontencler on rectal examination and palpation through abdominal wall. Laboratory data was almost within normal limit. KUB showed two separate calcifications at pelvic region with no relation to urinary tract on DIP. Wholebody CT-scan and ultrasound echogram clarified two masses with central calcification at anterior and posterior bladder region.
