多発性尿管憩室の2例

TWO CASES OF MULTIPLE URETERAL DIVERTICULAS

　症例は2女性，共に尿管結石様症状（側腹部痛，腰背部痛）にて発症し，逆行性腎盂造影およびDIPにて多発性尿管憩室を認めた．本症患ではDIPにて診断できるのは27.8％のみであることを念頭に置き，同症状においては逆行性腎盂造影を施行する必要があると考えられた．本症は極めてまれな疾患で本邦第17および18例目と思われ，本邦の報告を集計し，文献的考察を加え報告した．

Multiple ureter diverticulas is very rare disease, and there are only 18 cases reported in Japan since Hollyreported in 1957. The first case is a 67-year-old lady whose chief complaints was left back colicky pain andmacro-hematuria. By retrograde pyelography (RP) examination we found multiple ureter diverticulasbilaterally. Left ureter stone was also revealed by DIP. The second case is a 23-year-old lady, who had leftabdominal pain and micro-hematuria. She was found to have left multiple ureter diverticulas, which wasthought to cause her symptoms. DIP also showed left irregular ureter.
