はじめに
われわれは，腫瘤触知より6年の長期経過をとつた巨大腎細胞癌（9,130g）を摘出せしめ，術後化学療法，ホルモン療法，免疫療法にて非常に良好な術後経過を見ている症例を経験したので報告する。
The patient was a 66 year-old house wife complaining of giant abdominal tumor and abdominal full feeling.
Laboratory data revealed high serum LDH level (3774U) and marked anemia.
On plain film of the abdomen, large and geographic calcification was encountered.
Barium study of gastrointestinal tract revealed that entire alimentary tract were compressed to left downward by giant calcified tumor.
Scattered low density and amorphous calcification were present in the tumor on CT scan film.
Surgical findings were giant tumor occupied whole abdominal cavity, but was not adhesive with surrounding organs.
