陰茎癌と胃癌を合併した1例

A CASE OF PENILE CANCER WITH A EARLY GASTRIC CANCER

緒言

　重複悪性腫瘍の報告は多いが，陰茎と他臓器との組み合わせは比較的まれである。当科で，陰茎癌の治療中に早期胃癌が発見され，これらを手術的に軽快させた重複癌の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of penile cancer with early gastric cancer was reported. The patient was so-called cancer aged male but had no past history of phimosis or family history of malignant tumors. The causative factor related to these two cancers could not be known. It was thought the patient with a cancer should have been examined for other possible cancer organs. In this case, because the occult blood reactions of stool was positive, gastrointestinal tract was examined.
