腎腫瘍に対する腎動脈造影法，腎Scanningの診断的価値

THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF PYELOGRAPHY, RENAL ANGIOGRAPHY AND RENAL SCANNING

緒言

　腎腫瘍に対する診断法として，従来，静脈性および逆行性腎盂造影法，後腹膜腔送気法が主として行なわれてきた。しかし最近，腎動脈造影法やradioisotopeを利用した腎scanning法が試みられ，その有効なことが報告されている。

　私どもは，教室において経験した腎腫瘍症例のうち，腎動脈造影法および腎scanning法のいずれか，あるいは両法を行なつた症例について，その診断的価値を，従来行なわれてきた腎盂造影法による診断的価値と比較検討したので報告する。

The diagnostic value of pyelography, renal angiography and renal scanning were compared among 45 cases including 35 renal parenchymal tumor, 7 renal pelvic tumor and 3 cases of Wilms tumor, and the following results were obtained.

Renal angiography was the best for renal parenchymal tumor showing the diagnostic rate of 97%, followed by pyelography 83% and renal scanning 58%.

Pyelography was the best for renal pelvic tumor with the diagnostic rate of 87%, followed by renal angiography 50% and renal scanning 50%.
