正常分娩を行わせた巨大腎細胞癌

NORMAL DELIVERY WITH GIANT RENAL TUMOR: A CASE REPORT

　27歳，女性．初めての妊娠．妊娠後期に上腹部の腫瘤に気づくも放置していた．後腹膜massが疑われたが，妊娠満期で2322gの男児を自然分娩した．出生時に児に異常は認めなかった．分娩後腫瘍は増大しDIP,CT，アンジオグラフィーにて腎腫瘍と診断，分娩後7日目に経腹的に腎腫瘍を摘出した．摘出重量は6.9kgで巨大であった．術後の経過は良好で，1年6ヵ月経過した現在癌の再発，転移はない．

The patient is 27-year-old primigravida, who noticed an epigastric tumor at the late gestation but was left untreated. In spite of a suspected mass in posterior peritoneal cavity, she gave natural birth to a 2322 g male child at full term : no abnormality was noted in the newborn at birth. The tumor became enlarged post partum and was diagnosed as renal tumor by DIP, CT and angiography. Transabdominal renal tumorectomy was carried out 6 days after delivery. The tumor extirpated was giant, weighing 6.9 kg. The postoperative course was uneventful neither recurrence nor metastasis is now noted one year a half.
