緒言
陰茎原発腫瘍の大部分は癌腫であり，肉腫の発生は稀である。われわれは最近，陰茎原発と思われる線維肉腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。
Herein we reported a case of fibrosarcoma, originated in corpus cavernosum penis in a 25 year-old man who was successfully treated by total amputation of the penis.
Sarcoma of the penis is uncommon, and review of the literature shows less than 100 cases including 19 cases in Japanese literature.
