原発性陰茎血管肉腫の1例

A CASE OF ANGIOSARCOMA OF THE PENIS

緒言

　血管肉腫は軟部組織では四肢に多く発生するとされ^1），陰茎に原発する例は極めて稀である。今回，著者らは52歳の男性に発生した陰茎血管肉腫の1例を経験し，現在までに報告された本疾患の33例について若干の文献的考察を加えたので報告する。

A 53-year old man presented with a tumor of the glans in June 1983. He had had a gnawing in the glans for six years after the episodes of painful erection. Three months previously, he noticed a reddish tumor of the glans. On July 1, partial amputation was performed and the histological diagnosis was angiosarcoma of the penis. One month after operation, chest X-ray revealed metastasis of the lungs. For the purpose of preventing bronchial stenosis, radiation with a total dose of 4600 rad was given to the mediastinum.
