後腹膜線維化症の1例

A CASE REPORT OF RETROPERITONEAL FIBROSIS

緒言

　特発性後腹膜線維化症は，1905年Albarranにより初めて報告されたが，その後Ormord^1）が，後腹膜の非特異性炎症による両側尿管の閉塞例の詳細な記載を行なつて以来，注目を集めるようになつた。以来欧米での報告は数多く見られているが，本邦ではなお比較的まれな疾患とされている。最近われわれは，無尿を来して緊急入院した特発性後腹膜線維化症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case presenting anuria due to ideopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis is reported. A 61-year-old male was admitted to the urological service at Keio University Hospital with anuria followed by back pain of 2 months' duration. Ureteral catheterizations confirmed the bilateral ureteral obstruction. An acceptable urinary drainage from the right ureteral catheter temporarily improved azothemia. Subsequent inferior venacavograms and aortograms did not help to make the final diagnosis.
