膀胱エンドメトリオーシスのホルモン療法有効例

SUCCESSFUL HORMONAL TREATMENT OF BLADDER ENDOMETRIOSIS:REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　膀胱エンドメトリオーシスは子宮内膜あるいは子宮内膜由来の組織が，人為的にあるいは先天的に膀胱で発育増殖して，月経周期に伴つて，その部で変化し，種々の症状を呈する疾患で，それ程多いものではない。本邦ではほとんどの膀胱エンドメトリオーシスの治療は膀胱部分切除でエンドメトリオーシス組織を摘出している。今回，われわれは婦人科手術後に発生した膀胱エンドメトリオーシスに対して，黄体ホルモン剤を持続投与し，症状の著しい軽減および増殖した組織の縮少を見，非観血的な治療に成功した。

Bladder endometriosis has been treated mostly by partial cystectomy including the resection of endometrial tissue. There was no report of successful hormonal treatment in Japan. Recently we experianced a case of bladder endometriosis treated by dedrogesterone (a Duphaston) with a good result.

A house-wife 45 y/o underwent simple hysteromyomectomy for myoma uteri about 10 years ago. 2 years ago, she began to feel dull pain in the lower abdomen with haematuria of few days' duration every month. She was admitted to our department on April, 5, 1977. Diagnosis of bladder endome-triosis was made by cystoscope and confirmed by biopsy.
