緒言
帯状疱疹に排尿障害を合併することは比較的稀である。最近われわれは帯状疱疹脊髄炎による神経因性膀胱により尿閉をきたした稀な1例を経験したので報告する。
A 71-year-old man was admitted to the Niigata University Hospital on April 14, 1976, with chief complaints of urinary retention, paraplegia, and skin eruption. Fourteen days prior to the admission the patient noticed a rash over the thoraco-lumbar region. Next day, when skin eruption increassed, paraplegia, dysuria, and severe pain of bilateral femoral region also appeared simultaneously. Physical examination revealed an elderly man in apparently good health. There was skin eruption over his bilateral thoraco-lumbar region. The eruption was bullous and large. Lower extremity showed flaccid paralysis. The prostate was palpated normal.
