The patient was 45 year-old woman, with a history of hypertension and obesity for several years. She had left hemiplegia due to cerebral thrombosis since May, 1973. In August 1975, she was admitted to Bokuto Metropolitan Hospital with the complaint of headache, nausea and mental disturbances. Cushing's syndrome due to adrenal tumor was suspected endocrinologically. Then, she was referred to our hospital. On November 17, 1976, the surgical exploration was performed. A tumor, measuring 3 x 3 x 2 cm, weighing 10.4 g, was found at the right renal hilus and was removed. Histology disclosed adrenocortical adenoma.
