外尿道口嚢腫の2例

TWO CASES OF THE EXTERNAL MEATAL CYSTS

緒言

　外尿道口嚢腫は性器会陰部縫線の嚢腫の一型で，その発生には先天性要因が考えられている^1）。われわれは最近2例の外尿道口嚢腫を経験したので報告し，その成因について若干の考察を行なつた。

Two cases of the external meatal cysts were reported. The wall of the cyst was composed of transitional cell epithelium, and the cyst was considered as the urethral cyst. The pathogenesis of the external meatal cyst is unknown, but we suppose the cyst is arised from congenital or acquired occulusion of the paraurethral ducts.
