先天性腎動静脈瘻の1例

CONGENITAL RENAL ARTERIOVENOUS FISTURA:A CASE REPORT

はじめに

　腎動静脈瘻は比較的まれな疾患である。しかし，腎動脈撮影法の普及に伴つて発見される機会が増加し，報告例が相次いでいる。われわれも最近病理組織像に興味ある所見がみられた腎動静脈瘻の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 63 years old woman visited our hospital with the chief complaint of sudden gross hematuria. An excretory urogram was normal. The arterial phase of selective renal angiogram demonstrated groups of tortuous blood vessels at the middle part of left kidney and this phase showed early filling of renal vein. These findings confirmed the diagnosis of left renal arteriovenous fistula and nephrectomy was performed on June 7 th, 1977.
