陰茎に発生した悪性黒色腫の1例

MALIGNANT MELANOMA OF THE PENIS: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　悪性黒色腫は最近増加しつつある疾患であるが^1），泌尿性器系に発生することは比較的稀である。われわれは最近陰茎亀頭部に原発した悪性黒色腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 33-year-old man was admitted to the Department of Dermatology of Niigata University Hospital on May 19, 1980, with a chief complaint of a tumor of the glans penis. Since in childhood he has had some lentiginous exanthemas on the penoscrotal region. These exanthemas have enlarged in size insidiously. About 8 years ago the size of the lentiginous exanthema on his glans penis grew as large as now. Since this year this exanthema has become moist, ulcerated with slight pain. On admission his general condition was good.
