正常腎実質の計測と巨大腎杯症のX線診断

THE MEASUREMENT OF THE RENAL PARENCHYMA AND X-RAY DIAGNOSIS OF MEACALYCES

　巨大腎杯症は恐らくは先天性の原因による腎乳頭の形成不全の結果生ずる腎杯の拡張症をいう。本症はPuigvertにより1963年に初めて記載され^14），Talnerらはその後，自験15例についてその尿路造影，血管造影所見を詳細に報告している^15）。

　本邦ではまだ同様の報告をみないが，われわれは最近本症に典型的と考えられる3症例を経験したので，比較検討のため行なつた血管造影における正常腎実質の計測の結果とを併せて報告する。

Three cases of megacalyces the entity of which had not appeared in the Japanese literature were presented. Case 1 was a 27-year-old male with chance proteinuria. Calyces were increased in number and mozaic in configuration bilaterally. Small renal stones were noticed on the left. Case 2 was a 28-year-old female with chance proteinuria. Left renal calyces were increased in size and the renal parenchyma was markedly decreased because of the rarefaction of the renal medulla. Left distal ureter was markedly dilated. The right urinary tract was normal. Case 3 was a 26-year-old female with urinary tract infection.
