腎悪性腫瘍のX線診断学的検討

RADIOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF MALIGNANT RENAL TUMORS

　腎の悪性腫瘍は全腎腫瘍の約22％に相当し，単純腎嚢胞の62％に次いで多く^1），臨床像の多彩なこともあつてX線診断学がその診断に寄与することが多い。しかし，本邦には未だ腹部単純撮影，腎盂造影，血管造影にわたるまとまつた報告は少ない。

　われわれは今回，腎の悪性腫瘍，主として腎細胞癌と腎盂癌をX線診断の立場から検討した。

The plain films, intravenous pyelograms and renal angiograms were reviewed in 62 cases with renal malignacies. These consisted of 49 cases of renal cell carcinoma, 12 of renal pelvic tumor, and one of leiomyosarcoma.

In addition, 278 cases whose intravenous pyelograms were within normal limits and 19 cases who underwent nephrectomy for various reasons were prospectively studied as to psoas shadows on scout radiographs.
