腎杯憩室の2例

CALYCEAL DIVERTICULUM: A REPORT OF TWO CASES

緒言

　腎実質内の空洞が腎杯と交通し，かつその内壁が移行上皮でおおわれている一群の疾患は，1841年Rayerによつて報告されたのが最初であるといわれている^1）。最近，当教室でその2例を経験したので報告し，あわせて本邦例148例についての一般臨床事項をまとめてみたい。

Case 1 was a 38 year old female hair dresser who visited the Urological department of Niigata University Hospital on March 22 1972 with the chief complaint of left flank pain and shaking chill.Little finger-tip sized cavity connected with the upper calyx was noticed by I.V.P. which lead to the diagnosis of left calyceal diverticulum complicated with pyelonephritis and was admitted for surgery on April 3. Clinical examination showed no abnormality except pyuria and high blood sedimantation rate.
