組織型にみる泌尿生殖器悪性腫瘍の転移—（I）腎腫瘍，腎盂腫瘍の剖検例での検討

HISTOPATHOLOGIC STUDIES ON METASTASIS OF THE MALIGNANT UROGENITAL NEOPLASMS:(I) A REVIEW OF AUTOPSY RESULTS OF PATIENTS WITH TUMORS OF THE KIDNEY AND RENAL PELVIS

緒言

　泌尿器科領域における悪性腫瘍の転移については，欧米ではもちろんわが国においても多くの報告がなされている。とくに剖検例の追究結果もしばしばみられる^1〜2）。

　われわれも，自験例につき悪性腫瘍の組織型と転移部位との関連について，自験例につき剖検例で検討できる機会をもつたので，過去5年間の日本病理剖検輯報による報告と対比させ，統計的観察をおこなつたので報告する。今回は，腎腫瘍と腎盂腫瘍につき検討した。

1) Statistic studies were performed in 7 and 229 cases of the hypernephroma and 1 and 40 cases of tumor of the renal pelvis, experienced at our department and from the documented cases in this country respectively.

2) Both statistic results showed a similar metastatic patterns. One point that we, urologist, should be well informed of is that there is higher frequency of metastasis to the contralateral kidney in hypernephroma than was originally thought.
