尿管瘤症例とその統計的観察

A CASE OF URETEROCELE AND STATISTICAL OBSERVATION OF THE DISEASE

Ⅰ．緒言

　尿管瘤について，現在まで本邦での報告は多数なされているが，その統計的観察は大趣^1），落合^2），土屋^3），三浦^4），鍬塚^5）等によつてなされている。著者は，両側完全重複腎盂兼重複尿管に左側の尿管瘤を伴い，しかも多数の結石を合併した症例を経験したので報告するとともに，鍬塚以後の尿管瘤の統計的観察及び今回までに集計された165例について文献的考察を試みた。

Case is a 21 year old boy with the chief complaint of frequent urination, pain by urination and small urinary stream and, inspite that a goose-egg sized, left ureterocele was noticed, indigocarmin-test was within normal limits, by cystoscopy. Bilateral reduplication of the kidney pelvis and ureter with moderate hydronephrosis of the left, and low grade hydroureter also with 13 stone-like shadow, the largest being 8mm in diameter, at the lower end of the same ureter, was found by intravenous pyelogram.
