X線TV応用による腎生検法—付：TRU-CUT針の応用

RENAL BIOPSY USING X-RAY TV AND TRU-CUT BIOPSY NEEDLE

はじめに

　腎生検の価値は，腎組織を直接確認できることにある。そして，その手技は多くの方法が試みられ，合併症などの問題を含めてそれぞれ長所と短所がみられる。著者らは，最近臨床に応用されてきているX線TV透視下法にTRU-CUT針を利用することが多く，その結果に東大分院泌尿器科症例，自衛隊中央病院症例を加えて検討してみた。

The renal biopsy with needle has been perfomed using many methods. We have used Frankline-type-modified Vim Silverman needle and disporsable TRU-CUT biopsy needle. Recently, we performed needle biopsy for kidney under the control of X-ray television. Our successful rate was 88%. No severe complications were observed. The disporsable TRU-CUT biopsy needle was also quite useful from our experience. Therefore, we used the method of renal biopsy under X-ray television using TRU-CUT biopsy needle. It is concluded that the method using X-ray television is much better than blind method as X-ray television method had no severe complication.
