膀胱腫瘍のCT像の1例

FINDINGS OF COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY OF A BLADDER CARCINOMA

緒言

　近年，Computed Tomography　（CT）の急速な発展に伴い，頭部のみならず他臓器への応用も試みられるようになり，泌尿器科領域においてもその診断的意義が検討されつつある。当教室でも最近，膀胱腫瘍患者にCTを施行したところ，興味ある所見が得られたので1例報告をしたい。

A 76 year-old male was admitted with asymptomatic gross total hematuria. Cystoscopy was done and the diagnosis of a bladder papilloma was made but behind the tumor was not clear. The filling defect on cystogram was noted and the remainder of the bladder appeared almost normal.

Computed Tomography (CTW-1 scanner of Hitachi Co. Ltd. made in Japan) was done, which disclosed not only a beautiful picture of the above-described tumor but also a small papillary tumor in other side of the bladder. In the trigone, there was a concentrated figure into the bladder wall near the main tumor, indicating a probable infiltration of the tumor.
