自然腎孟外溢流の臨床的検討

CLINICAL STUDY ON SPONTANEOUS RENAL EXTRAVASATION

　1977年より1986年の最近10年間で，6例の自然腎盂外溢流を経験した。1980年以前の2症例は観血的治療を施行したが，その後の症例は保存的治療で改善した。特に基礎疾患が悪性腫瘍の場合，経皮的腎瘻造設術が処置として増加するものと思われる。

We experienced 6 cases of spontaneous renal extravasation during the recent 10 years from 1977 to 1986. Two cases which we experienced before 1980 were treated surgically, while all of the cases experienced thereafter were treated conservatively with improvement. It is considered that percutaneous nephrostomy will be used increasingly in particular in cases where malignant tumor is present as the primary disease.
