膀胱平滑筋肉腫の1例

VESICAL LEIOMYOSARCOMA:PEPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　膀胱の悪性腫瘍は，その大部分が癌腫であり肉腫はきわめてまれなものである。Gussenbauer）が1875年に報告以来，欧米においても本邦においても少数例の報告があるにすぎない。われわれは当教室においては2例目にあたり，本邦文献上23例目に相当する膀胱平滑筋肉腫を経験したので若干の文献的考察とあわせて報告する。

A case of leiomyosarcoma of the bladder in a 66 year old female, was reported. Past history revealed radical hysterectomy for cancer of uterus, 8 years ago, followed by postoperative radiation by ⁶⁰Co for 9,800 R. Patient first visited our clinic with the chief complaint of urinary retention and discharge of calculi, on November 20, 1968. A small finger tip-sized tumor was found by cystoscopic examination, at the dome. Ureterocutaneostomy and ⁶⁰Co radiation was performed, since resection of the tumor was impossible.
