膀胱腫瘍に対するMitomycin CとDexamethasonの膀胱内同時併用注入療法について

STUDIES OF INTRAVESICAL TREATMENT FOR BLADDER TUMORS WITH COMBINED MITOMYCIN C AND DEXAMETHASON

はじめに

　表在性膀胱腫瘍に対する抗腫瘍剤の膀胱内注入療法は，抗腫瘍剤の全身投与に比べてその副作用発現はきわめて少なく，近年各種の抗腫瘍剤について試みられている。著者ら^1）も以前よりmito-mycin Cの膀胱内注入療法を試みてきたが，薬物性膀胱炎による頻尿の発現のために注入療法の途中で中断ないしは中止せざるを得ない場合をしばしば経験してきた。そこで頻尿の発現を予防しかつ抗腫瘍剤の作用をできるだけ連続的に持続させようという目的で，副腎皮質ステロイドホルモン剤の抗アレルギー，抗炎症作用を利用して，抗腫瘍剤とdexamethason（デキサ・シエロソン）の併用注入を試み，少数例ではあるがその予防効果を認めた^2）。

　今回さらに症例を増やすとともに，特にmito-mycin Cとdexamethasonの同時注入療法を試み，dexamethasonの注入量と副作用発現予防効果について検討するとともに，ステロイドホルモン剤そのものによる副作用の有無についても検討を加えたので報告する。

We studied the effects of dexamethason against some side who reactions during intravesical treatment of superficial bladder tumors with mitomycin C.

The results of eighteen patients with bladder tumor (grade 1-3), recieved intravesical treatments with combined mitomycin C and dexamethason were compared with the results of 27 cases who were treated with mitomycin C alone, and following results were obtained.
