尿失禁を伴わない女性尿管異常開口の2例

TWO CASES OF FEMALE ECTOPIC URETERAL ORIFICE WITHOUT INCONTINENCE OF URINE

緒言

　女性における尿管異常開口症例の大部分に女性尿道の解剖学的特性上尿失禁が見られるといわれている。しかし，まれに女性の尿道への尿管異常開口症例においては尿失禁を伴わない症例があり臨床診断を困難にしていることが成書にも記載されている^1）。われわれは最近尿失禁を伴わない女性の尿管異常開口で尿道への開口症例を2例経験したので報告すると共に，現在までに報告された女性尿管異常開口を尿失禁の有無に焦点をあてて検討を加えた。

Two cases of female ectopic ureteral orifice without incontinence of urine were reported. 467 cases of ectopic ureteral orifice with or without incontinence of urine were collected from Japanese literatures and the symptom and diagnosis of 22 cases of ectopic ureteral orifice into urethra were mainly discussed. Usefulness of voiding urethrocystogram was emphasized for diagnosis of ectopic ureteral orifice without incontinence of urine.
