鈍的外傷による尿管完全断裂の2例

COMPLETE URETERAL DISRUPTION CAUSED BY BLUNT TRAUMA: REPORT OF TWO CASES AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

緒言

　近年の多発する交通事故や産業事故により尿路外傷も増加してきている。しかし，尿管外傷は腎外傷や膀胱外傷に比して，稀な疾患とされている。とりわけ，鈍的外傷による尿管完全断裂の報告は少ない。最近，その2例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

The first cases was 10 years old boy, diagnosed preoperatively, and the second one was 4 years old girl, diagnosed during operation. Both cases were treated with end to end anastomosis of the disrupted ureter. In both cases, there was prolonged urinary leakage from the anastomotic site, but the drainage was good and post operative pyelogram became normal.
