外膜解離による腎盂尿管移行部狭窄

DISSECTING ADVENTITIA: A CAUSE OF URETEROPELVIC STRICTURE

緒言

　筆者は本誌において腎盂尿管移行部の外膜解離による通過障害の臨床的意義を主張したが^1），同様な病態によつて典型的な腎盂尿管移行部の狭窄による水腎症の像を示した例をその後経験したので，ここに紹介する。

A preceding paper, reporting two clinical cases, has stressed the importance of adventitial dissociation at the ureteropelvic junction. First case passed stones frequently. Second case repeated episodes of acute pyelonephritis. Retrograde pyelograms revealed slight pyelo-ectatic kidney without luminal narrowing of the junction. Mucomuscular redundancies within the dissecting adventitial restriction resulted in a fold, acting as stricture.

Third case with marked hydronephrosis by ureteropelvic stricture was reported here. A woman, 25 years old was refered to our clinic. She delivered her first child on February 8, 1974.
