同一腎における腫瘍と嚢胞との合併例

CO-EXISTENCE OF SOLITARY CYST AND TUMOR IN SAME KIDNEY

緒言

　同一腎に孤立性嚢胞と腫瘍とが共存ないし合併するという頻度は稀れであるばかりでなく，術前診断が極めてむずかしいために，術中偶然にあるいは術後の検索ではじめて見出される場合が多い。われわれも孤立性嚢胞の嚢胞内に腺嚢腫をみた2例を経験した。うち1例では嚢胞とまつたく関係のない腎実質内にさらに腺癌の存在を認めたので，症例をのべるとともに，腎の嚢胞と腫瘍との共存について文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The complication of solitary cyst and tumor in a kidney is not only rare but preoperative diagnosis is very difficult to establish and most of the cases are found during or by postoperative investigation. Two cases of adenocystoma in solitary renal cyst were reported and among them one case was also com-plicated with adenocarcinoma in the renal parenchyma not related to the cyst. 26 cases of renal cyst complicated with tumor, reported in the Japanese literature, were reviewed.
