腎血管筋脂肪腫の2症例

TWO CASES OF ANGIOMYOLIPOMA

はじめに

　腎血管筋脂肪腫は，1880年BournevilleとBri-ssardにより初めてTuberous Sclerosisと合併した例について報告された。その後，血管筋脂肪腫は一種の腎の過誤腫と考えられ，次第に報告例が増して来ている。しかし，なお腎血管筋脂肪腫は稀な疾患であり，著者らの集めた限りでは，本邦の1973年までの報告は，自験例も含めて41例である。そのうち19例にTuberous Sclerosisとの合併を認め，その他はTuberous Sclerosisを合併しないか，あるいは記載がなかつた。ここでは2例の腎血管筋脂肪腫について報告すると共に，本邦の腎血管筋脂肪腫41例について若干の統計的考察を加えた。

Two cases of renal angiomyolipoma, which is a benign tumor, a type of tissue anomaly, often asso-ciated with tuberous sclerosis, and also a rare disease, were reported.

The first case is a 34-year-old female who had adenoma sebaceum and angiomyolipoma of the right kidney. The second is a 34-year-old female with angiomyolipoma of the right kidney.
