腎盂尿管の外膜解離による通過障害

PASSAGE DISTURBANCE BY DYSSECANT PELVIC AND URETERIC ADVENTITIA

緒言

　ここに述べる2症例は炎症性の所見はほとんどみられず，尿管周囲炎ないし外膜炎という名称を考えてみたがいずれも不適当なようである。そこで，あまり簡潔な名称ではないがこのような標題のもとに自験例を報告し，進行すればperi-urete-ritis plastica^1）の像に移行する可能性があり，広義にはひとつの疾患にまとめることもできると思われるこの病態のもつ臨床的意義を強調したい。

Two cases of dissecant adventitia of ureter which showed few findings of inflammatory process were reported. Reporting the cases I would like to stress the clinical significance of dissecant ureteral adve-ntitia occurring mostly near the ureteropelvic junction.

Case 1 was a 22 year old male, who passed right ureteral stone, twice, within one and a half year. He visited our hospital 5 months after his second episode when a stone was found at the right uretero-pelvic junction which appeared like a string of beads. Periureteral fibrous envelope was resected and lithotomy was performed.
