緒言
精索に発生する腫瘍は比較的稀である。最近われわれは，76歳の右精索に発生した肉腫（malig-nant mesenchymoma）の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 76 year old male visited our clinic on January 10, 1974 with the chief complaint of painless mass in the right scrotum.
Right scrotum was a fist sized hard mass with some soft part at the lower area but was not transl-ucent nor tender. The testis and epididymis could not be identified.
