睾丸腫瘍の臨床統計的観察

STATISTICAL OBSERVATION ON TESTICULAR TUMOR

緒言

　睾丸腫瘍は，幼小児および青壮年者に多く発生し，早期に転移をきたすため予後不良といわれている。一方，陰嚢内腫脹をきたす他疾患との鑑別に慎重をきせば，他臓器発生の腫瘍に比べ，本症の早期発見も決して困難ではない。可及的早期の発見および適切なる治療により，本症に関し近時きわめて良好な予後結果が報告されており，この意味からも本症は臨床上きわめて重要な疾患の一つと考えられる。

　われわれは最近の10年間に21例の睾丸腫瘍症例を経験したので，統計的観察を試みると同時に若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Twenty one cases of testicular tumor were admitted and treated in the last 10 years which is 0. 36% of the male outpatients, 11. 3% of the cases with urogenital tumors. There were 4 pediatric cases and these were 5.7% of the admitted male patients bellow 15 years old.

The age incidence were between 6 months and 49 years but the highest incidence were in the second and third decade (67%) and below 4 years old (19%). 15 cases were on the right and 6 cases were on the left showing some higher incidence on the right.
