脾臓性腺癒合の1例報告と68例の集計

SPLENIC-GONADAL FUSION:REPORT OF A CASE AND REVIEW OF 68 CASES

緒言

　性腺（あるいはmcsonephric structure）と脾臓との癒合や，陰嚢内副脾を呈する症例はsplenic-gonadal fusionあるいはLien caudatusとよばれ，Bindernagel ct aL．^8）は57例を数えている。

　われわれは，両側腹腔内停留睾丸の疑診にて開腹手術を施行した4歳の男児に左睾丸と脾臓の癒合を認めたので報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加えたい。

A case of splenic-gonadal fusion of left testicle has been described in a 4 year-old Japanese male with bilateral abdominal undescended testicles. The fusion belongs to the continuous type classified by Putschar & Manion (1956), and is believed to be the first case to be reported in the Japanese literature and the 68 th in the world. The literature was briefly, reviewed.
