Trichofolliculoma—症例報告と本邦例の集計

TRICHOFOLLICULOMA:Case report and review of Japanese literature

　1944年Miescher^1）が46歳女子右頬部に生じた毛嚢系の腫瘍をTrichofolliculomaとして報告して以来，本腫瘍は現在迄内外併せて約50例が報告されている．このたび当教室において本腫瘍のほぼ典型的と思われる1例を経験したのでこれを報告すると共に，本邦報告例をまとめ，本腫瘍についての若干の考察を試みた．なお本腫瘍はHair-follicle nevus^2,3）あるいはFolliculoma^4）として報告されたこともあるが，われわれはMiescherまたGrayら^5）にしたがいTrichofolliculomaの名称を採用した．

A case of trichofolliculoma in 41-year-old man who showed a small nodule on the middle area of the nasal apex was presented.

Histologic examination ruled out clinically presumed 'lentigo' and 'solitary trichocpithelioma'.

With 7 cases which were considered to be true cases including their own one, the authors discussed upon clinical aspects, histopathologic findings and histogenesis, and introduced several discussions on the histogenetic position of the disease.
