クロモミコーシスの1例—症例報告と本邦例の集計

CHROMOMYCOSIS

　クロモミコーシス（Chromomycosis）は，種々の黒色真菌感染により惹起され，主として皮膚および皮下組織に慢性肉芽腫様病変を形成する疾患である。

　われわれの教室ではすでに原田がその1例^79）を報告したが，最近第2例を経験しこれをアンフォテリシンBの局注療法によつて治癒せしめ得たので，本邦における本症例を集計検討するとともに若干の考按を試みたい。

A 61-year-old merchant of clothes, living in Saitama prefecture, had an annular, brown-red lesion on the lateral surface of the left upper arm from which the Phialophora pedrosoi was proved histologically and mycologically. By the local injection of Amphotericin B, total amount upto 210 mg, the lesion cured, leaving scar and the cultivation from the lesion turned to be negative. On seventy two cases reported in Japan were discussed.
