白血病性続発性睾丸腫瘤の1例—本邦白血病性睾丸腫瘤の統計的観察

LEUCEMIC SECONDARY TESTICULAR MASS: A CASE REPORT AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

はじめに

　白血病が造血臓器以外の組織に白血病性細胞浸潤，腫瘤形成をみることは剖険例で高率に証明されているが，臨床報告では少なくこの点でかなりの相違がある。

　白血病治療は化学療法の進歩に伴い長期生存例が増加の傾向にある。その反面臨床的に寛解中に腫瘤形成をきたした症例が次第に多くなる様相を示しているという。泌尿性器系では成人よりも特に小児の睾丸，卵巣に腫瘤形成率が高いとされている。

Bilateral testicular mass developted in a 39 year old male during remission of acute myeloid leucemia and biopsy of testes and inguinale lymphnodes were done. This testicular mass was confirmed as leucemic nature by light and electron microscopic findings.

The literature on leucemic testicular mass was reviewed and among the 18 cases collected from the Japanese literature, only 2 cases were adults and 16 cases were below 12 years old.
