精索に発生したIiposarcomaの1例

A CASE OF LIPOSARCOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD

はじめに

　精索に発生するLiposarcomaは極めて稀であるとされているが，最近われわれは右鼠径部精索に発生した1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

A 64 year old male who noticed a growing mass at the right inguinal region 5 months ago visited our clinic with a pigeon-egg sized, elastic hard, smoothed surface and movable mass. The mass, within the spermatic cord with several small blood vessels at the upper pole, was found during surgery but the mass only, was removed rather easily. The removed mass sized 2. 5×2.5×4.3cm, weighed 12.0g and the cut surface was soft like gelatin.
