横浜市立大学泌尿器科における1961〜1970年の10年間の小児泌尿器患者の統計的観察

A STATIC STUDY OF PEDIATRIC PATIENTS AT THE UROLOGICAL DEPARTMENT OF YOKOHAMA CITY UNIVERSITY DURING THE PERIOD FROM 1961 TO 1970

緒言

　近年，わが国において小児泌尿器科学は少数の先覚者のなみなみならぬ努力により進歩し診断治療の発展と共に一般にその重要性が認識されつつある。このたび，著者らは横浜市立大学泌尿器科における1961〜1970年の10年間における小児泌尿器疾患の統計的観察を試みたので報告する。

An observation on the children patients (under 15 years old) who visited the Urological Department of Yokohama City Univ. during the period from 1961 to 1971 was discussed.

The percentage of children patients among the out-patients has increased year by year, especially those having diseases of the lower urinary tract and sexual organs.

It reveals that the congenital malformations such as cryptorchisms, hypospadia and phimosis were most frequent, followed by non-specific infections of urogenital organs and diseases complaining disturbance of micturition.
