A 22 year old male, working as an analyst of a minning company, inhaled arsenic hydrogen for about 20 minutes without noticing, which was produced while preparing reagents by adding various metals to sulfuric acid. Nausea, vomitting and diarrhea started one hour later and was treated by BAL at the dispensary of the minning company. Black colored urine was noticed soon after the acci-dent and became anuric 24 hours later. Patient was admitted 3 days later with clear consciousness but complaining general fatigue and unable to walk.
