後腹膜リンパ節転移により尿管侵襲をきたした未分化細胞腫の1例

A CASE OF UNDIFFERENTIATED CELL TUMOR OF THE OVARY INVADING THE URETER FROM METASTATIC LESION OF THE RETROPERITONEAL LYMPH NODE

緒言

　未分化細胞腫は，卵巣実質性腫瘍中のしめる割合は5.2％と比較的少ない疾患である^1）。

　他医で卵巣摘出を行ない，その後，後腹膜リンパ節転移により，尿管侵襲をきたした例を経験したので報告したい。

A case of undifferentiated cell tumor of the ovary invading the ureter by metastatic lesion of the retroperitoneal lymph-node, was reported. A case of seminoma of the testicle with metastatic lesion invading the ureter was also reported to be compaired.

The clinical picture of seminoma of the testicle and undifferentiated cell tumor of the ovary were compaired and discussed.

The importance of ovarial tumor especially undifferentiated cell tumor, as a gynecological compli-cation was stressed.
