後腹膜仮性嚢腫の1例

RETROPERITONEAL PSEUDOCYST

緒言

　後腹膜および骨盤内臓器の手術時に，直接，間接，上部尿路を損傷して，尿の尿管外流出を来すことは稀れではないが，多くは瘻孔を形成して体外に排泄する。しかし，稀れに，体外に排泄されずに，後腹膜に尿性の仮性嚢腫を形成することがある^1,2）。

　私達は，子宮全剔後に発生した巨大な，仮性嚢腫を経験し，手術によつて，その原因が手術時に尿管壁にかけられた針穴より尿が流出したと推定された1例を経験したので，報告するとともに，尿性仮性嚢腫について若干の考察を加えたい。

A case of retropritoneal pseudocyst in a 40 year old housewife with left flank mass and dull pain which occurred after gynecological surgery, was reported.

Diagnosis was made preoperatively, by the history of gynecological surgery, arteriography, percutane aspiration of cyst followed by injection of dye into the cyst.

Three cysts, communicated with each others, were present at the retroperitoneal space below the left kidney and the cause was from ligation of the ureter with silk thread during the previous surgery.
