男子尿道撮影法の検討—第1報 アンケートによる集計

EXAMINATION OF MALE URETHROGRAPHY: (I) DATA BY AN OPINIONAIRE

緒言

　男子尿道撮影法は泌尿器科的検査のうちでは従来とかく軽視されているきらいがある。しかし，術者もレ線を浴びる危険性があり，軽視してはならないと思う。私は本法の再検討にあたり，まずその実状を知るため，全国大学病院42，国立病院32，およびそのほかの公的病院の一部19，計93病院にアンケートし，造影剤，注入量，注入器，手のレ線防護について簡単ではあるが，集計を行なつたので報告する（表ではそれぞれ大学，国病，公病と略記）。

The danger of being exposed to x-ray during urethrography must not be ignored. Opinionaire from 93 hospitals including university and major hospitals were collected in order to find out the facts before the revaluation of this method.

Various dye were used in all their respective ways but consideration on the elasticity which is quite important was inadequate.

The majority were injecting 30 ml of dye for this technique.

The injector used for this technique were mostly syringes for intravenous injection or enema.
