睾丸類表皮嚢腫の1例—相同性腫瘍の観点からの考察

EPIDERMOID CYST OF TESTIS: A CASE REPORT AND A CONCIDERATION FROM THE POINT OF "HOMOLOGOUS TUMOR"

はじめに

　睾丸の類表皮嚢腫（Epidermoid cyst）については，本邦でもすでに20例以上の報告をみているが，最近われわれもその1例を経験したので追加報告し併せて相同性腫瘍の観点から検討を行ないその治療方針について考察を試みる。

A case of epidermoid cyst of the right testis in a 22 year-old clerk was reported and some studies on its treatment were done.

Orchiectomy was recommended for removal of the cyst when this is considered as a homologous tumor of the ovary and it is difficult to neglect its malignancy.
