結石を合併した腎盂腫瘍の2例

TWO CASES OF RENAL PELVIC TUMOR WITH RENAL STONE

緒言

　腎盂腫瘍の診断は決して簡単ではないが，これに結石を合併するとさらに困難となる。結石を合併した腎盂腫瘍の本邦報告例においても，術前診断は結石のみで腫瘍は見逃されていることが多いようである。今回2例の結石を合併した腎盂腫瘍を経験したが，その1例では腫瘍を念頭に入れて腎盂像を読影していれば正確な診断を下し得たのではないかと考えられる。また腎盂腫瘍と結石との関連についても文献的考察を加えて報告したい。

Two cases of renal pelvic tumor with renal stone were reported. In one case the correct diagnosis of renal pelvic tumor could not be made preoperatively.

When renal tumor is associated with renal stone tumor is apt to be overlooked, because most symptoms and signs can be explained only by renal stone, Therefore, it is important to bear in mind that renal pelvic tumor could be associated with renal stone.
