いわゆるPseudoseminomaと判定された幼児睾丸腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF PSEUDOSEMINOMA IN INFANT

緒言

　小児睾丸の悪性腫瘍は比較的まれであり，しかもその大多数は奇形腫，胎児性癌で，セミノーマはきわめてまれとされている。しかし，本邦では西尾^11）の集計以来1971年10月までに，交献上でほぼ26例を数えることができる。われわれは8ヵ月の幼児の左睾丸に発生した腫瘍を摘出，組織学的所見によりセミノーマと診断したが，さらに精査を加えたところ，その判定に問題が存したことが明らかにされたので，症例の詳細を報告し，検討を加える。

Left testicular tumor was removed from a 8 months old infant, which weighed 9.6 g, sized 2.3 × 1.9 × 1.6 cm and was first diagnosed as seminoma but after examining the specimen in details, the diagnosis was concluded as pseudoseminoma since, inspite that this could be considered as embryonal carcinoma basicaly but showed seminoma-like structure partly. A case was reported and histology of the testis together with the statistics were discussed after reviewing the literature.
