新生児睾丸回転症の3例

THREE CASES OF TORSION OF TESTICLE IN NEWBORN

　睾丸回転症は本邦では，すでに250例近くの報告があるが，今回われわれには，新生児（生後1ヵ月未満）の睾丸回転症3例を経験したので，症例報告と併せ，その特異性などにつき若干の考察を加える。

Six cases of torsion of testicle in newborn, including our 3 cases, were collected from the Japanese literature and reviewed.

Torsion of the testicle was considered to be quite oftenly seen during adolescence, but the recent literature, abroad, shows the tendency of occurring among the newborn and those before one year old and it seems that in some case the torsion could have occurred before delivery. Torsion was noticed at delivery in our 3 cases and must have occurred before delivery.
