緒言
女子尿道下裂症は極めて稀な疾患とされている。われわれは最近尿路感染症を度々繰返していたと思われるが放置しており，偶然尿道下裂症を指摘された1例を経験し，これに対し尿道形成手術を行なつたので，以下に報告する。
This case is a 22 year-old female who was admitted for left flank pain and frequent recurrence of urinary infection, with hypospadia. Radical surgery, utilizing the skin flap of the anterior wall of vagina and vestibulum for urethroplasty, was performed. Postoperative course was uneventful and urinary infection was controled.
