緒言
新生児睾丸回転症は比較的稀な疾患とされるが，最近急速に報告例が増加している。今回われわれは新生児睾丸回転症を2例経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。
Case 1; A neonate was found to have swelling of the right hemiscrotum at birth. The preoperative diagnosis was torsion of right testicle and the patient was operated on at two days of age. A left ingui-nal exploration revealed extravaginally twisted testicle. A necrotic right testicle was removed.
Case 2; A neonate was noted to have a firm mass in the right hemiscrotum at three days of age. The preoperative diagnosis was torsion of right testicle. At the age of fourteen days, right orchicctomy was done under the diagnosis of extravaginal testicular torsion.
