はじめに
本症はかなり稀な腎奇形の1つであり，外国例はともかくも，本邦においてはまだ既往14例の報告をみるのみである。最近われわれはその1例を経験したので，概要を報告する。
A case of right congenital unilateral multicystic kidney in a 3 months old boy, was reported. Abdo-minal mass was noticed at birth but no treatment was done. Various examination after admissionrevealed a normal left kidney and a nonfunctioning right kidney but the differential diagnosis between a cyst and teratoma was not established, since retrograde pyelogram could not be obtained due to the impossibility of catheterization of the right ureter beyond 2 cm.
